Is a physical delivery of the original game box possible?
A part of the items in our catalogue is acquired from publishers and distributors and is delivered only as a digital version.
For the rest the original box is opened up during the processing of your order, an authentication CD-Key or a Time card are scanned and sent in a digital form.
If you need the original box, please contact us and we will specify the possibility of the delivery, additional shipping charges and your local taxes.
How will I receive the ordered codes?
Buyer himself during the order formation defines how exactly he will receive all the cd-keys or time cards. At the present time the following options are available:
- attaching of all the codes copies to your personal account (My GameCards) after the completion of the order (we strongly recommend you to activate this option). In this case all the information will be available in the details of your order in delivery information
- delivery of the codes copies to your e-mail address. By default it is your registration e-mail address, however you can specify any other email address to your notice.
If you have not received the delivered order by some reason, you can request a repeated e-mail delivery. You will find this option in your order details. Simply activate Resend all codes link and all the codes delivered till that time will be e-mailed again.

When will my order be delivered?
We are totally aware how important it is for you to receive your Time Card / CD-Key, extend your game subscription or upgrade your favorite game in a timely manner.
That is why GameCards always do utmost for an instant twenty-four-hour delivery of the orders.
All codes will normally be delivered within 5 minutes after the payment confirmation for the regular
customers and within 15 minutes after the verification for the first time customers.
Depending on the ordered item you will receive it as a digital symbol combination or a scanned
version of the original card copy in a high resolution.
In case of the order delivery to the email address in exceptional circumstances there might be
a short delay due to ISP problems or faulty operation of your mail server.
If you have paid for the order using a cashier check or an e-Check, the delivery of your order
will be possible only when the funds have been transferred to our account.
If the delivery of your order is delayed, you can always contact any online consultant or send
us an email, inquiring about the status of your order and the reasons for the delay. A simple
attempt to contact us can prevent possible misunderstanding and speed up delivery process.
