A part of the items in our catalogue is acquired from publishers and distributors and is delivered only as a digital version.

For the rest the original box is opened up during the processing of your order, an authentication CD-Key or a Time card are scanned and sent in a digital form.

How will I receive the ordered codes?

Buyer himself during the order formation defines how exactly he will receive all the cd-keys or time cards. At the present time the following options are available:

- attaching of all the codes copies to your personal account (My GameCards) after the completion of the order (we strongly recommend you to activate this option). In this case all the information will be available in the details of your order in delivery information

- delivery of the codes copies to your e-mail address. By default it is your registration e-mail address, however you can specify any other email address to your notice.

If you have not received the delivered order by some reason, you can request a repeated e-mail delivery. You will find this option in your order details. Simply activate Resend all codes link and all the codes delivered till that time will be e-mailed again.

Promo and discount coupons are granted individually at the discretion of GameCards. As a rule these are promotion actions, awards, draw games, or we just want to to give You an additional bonus.

Apply your coupon to get a discount for the whole purchase. If a coupon is limited in time (eg. 1 month and 1 day) you will be warned about it beforehand.

In order to activate a coupon and get a discount add all the necessary items to your shopping cart, enter the discount code into the proper field, the price of your purchase will be recalculated right after.

If you were about placing an order and entered your discount code but then changed your mind and emptied your Shopping Cart don't worry, your discount coupon will be considered as used only after you have actually

Do GameCards have accumulative discounts?
Certainly! Specifically for our regular customers we have worked the system of accumulative discounts. The amount of the discount depends on the total number of completed orders.

At the moment the system is the following:

  • any 2nd purchase - 1%
  • $100+ USD - 2%
  • $250+ USD - 3.5%
  • $500+ USD - 5%

As soon as you log in all the prices in the catalogue will be automatically recalculated in accordance with your Discount Level. If your Shopping Cart has already been formed by that time its total will also be recalculated accordingly. You do not have to do anything, just enjoy shopping!

An error arises when I am trying to activate my code. What can I do?
Please carefully read Usage Instructions for your code that are available in Item Description for every position.

Most of the difficulties occur because of the following reasons:
  • you are trying to activate the European account with an American code, or create an account using only expansion key, or vice versa;
  • you are typing it in incorrectly with some extra spaces or characters.
Rather then entering it into the input box manually you might need to type it into, for example, a notepad and then copy and paste it to the billing system of the selected game to avoid any extra spaces or characters to show up in your code.

Please check your code, some characters are VERY easy to mix up:

  • U looks like V;
  • M looks like N;
  • G looks like 6;
  • Z looks like 7;
  • 8 and B;
  • 2 V's next to one another can look like a W.
